If you are a new client, every payment account you open is automatically linked to the Eurobank My Blue Advantage basic package. However, you can upgrade your package to Eurobank My Silver, Eurobank My Gold or Eurobank My Platinum Advantage at any time, to save even more money on your transactions every month.

If your already bank with us and have been informed about your inclusion in Eurobank My Blue Advantage, you can then activate one of the other 3 packages, depending on your needs.

If you bank with us but have not yet been included in Eurobank My Blue Advantage, you can link your account to one of the Eurobank My Silver, Eurobank My Gold or Eurobank My Platinum Advantage packages.

You can link your account to Eurobank My Silver, Eurobank My Gold and Eurobank My Platinum Advantage:

• Through the Eurobank Mobile App
• Through EuroPhone Banking
• At one of our branches by appointment

You get Eurobank My Blue Advantage free of charge if:

• You have an average of €10,000 and over in total in deposits, insurance plans and investments products at Eurobank as a primary account holder, every month.
• Your salary or pension is deposited directly at Eurobank.
• You are a Personal or Private Banking client.

You get up to 50% off Eurobank My Silver Advantage and Eurobank My Gold Advantage:

• 25% discount if you carry out transactions exclusively online (through e-Banking and/or the Eurobank Mobile App), at ATMs and Automated Payment Systems (APS) or through EuroPhone Banking.
• 25% discount if you receive your salary or pension at Eurobank.

The discounts can also be combined.

You get 50% off Eurobank My Platinum Advantage if:

• You are a Personal, Private or Corporate Banking client.

The discounts apply for the primary account holder of the account linked to the package and their relationship with Eurobank.

These accounts allow you to make payments and cash transfers.

Yes, you can link as many accounts as you want to Eurobank My Silver, Eurobank My Gold or Eurobank My Platinum Advantage. You may only link accounts that allow you to make payments and cash transfers.

Each month you pay for the package you have linked to each of your accounts.

If you are entitled to a discount, this applies to all the accounts you have linked to a package.

On the first working day of each month, each account linked to the programme is charged automatically. This fee relates to the previous month.

See what happens if the available balance on your account is not enough to cover the package fee.

Your package is temporarily suspended and your transactions are charged as per the banking transaction price list.

You continue to owe your package fee for as long as the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay it off.

Once there is sufficient balance in your account, the package fee is paid off and the package is reactivated automatically.

No, the transactions are not transferred to the next month.

The number of transactions you are entitled to from your package are renewed every month.

Yes. However, without Eurobank My Blue Advantage, you cannot keep an account to carry out payments, transfer money, shop and withdraw cash. You will need to:

• Change your account type to a Saving Now Account or a loan repayment account.
• Close your account.

Yes, you can. You just need to disconnect your account from the package you have linked it to.

On your e-Banking page, go to Profile > Settings > Account Settings > Deactivate transaction package

If you already bank with us and have been automatically included in Eurobank My Blue Advantage, then as soon as you deactivate one of the Eurobank My Silver, Eurobank My Gold or Eurobank My Platinum Advantage packages, you revert back to Eurobank My Blue Advantage.

Yes, you can. In this case, you will pay the fee for the more expensive of the two packages for that month.

Yes, they can. The transactions included in the package are linked to the account, so all the account holders have access to them.

The number of transactions per package applies for all account holders and does not increase according to how many joint account holders there are.

However, the discounts apply for the primary account holder of the account linked to the package and their relationship with Eurobank.

No. Eurobank My Advantage Banking includes packages solely for transactions you carry out as an individual.

To save money on your business transactions, you can activate Advanced for Business on your company’s sight account.

This way, you save money on transactions you carry out for your business online, over the phone or at ATMs.

No. The free 5-year Debit Mastercard or Personal Banking Debit Visa renewal applies solely to the primary account holder.

For all other joint account holders, the debit card renewal costs €6.

You need to have the Eurobank My Gold Advantage or Eurobank My Platinum Advantage package activated for 12 consecutive months.

If during this time you wish to switch to another Eurobank My Advantage Banking package or you deactivate Eurobank My Advantage Banking, you will be charged with an annual fee.

It is the amount that arises if you subtract the monthly cost of the package from the sum of the fees for each individual transaction included in the package, as per the Eurobank Banking Transactions Price List.

For example, say that you carry out all the transactions included in Eurobank My Silver Advantage each month, without having activated the package.

The amount you pay each month for the transactions you carry out is €9.

However, if you hold the Eurobank My Silver Advantage package and carry out all the transactions included in it, you only pay €2, which is the monthly cost of the package. So you save €7.

The benefit for the rest of the packages is calculated in the same manner.

You get your benefits automatically when you activate a Eurobank My Advantage Banking package.
