How you redeem your benefits at BOX NOW
To send your parcel and take advantage of the exclusive discount:
- Go to boxnow.gr and choose Services > Send your parcel from locker to locker!
- Choose the size of the parcel you want to send, fill in the details of the sender and the recipient, and choose the locker where you want the recipient to receive their parcel.
- When you complete your order, fill in the special electronic code in the Promo Code field. You receive the code:
- From one of our representatives if you activate the package at a Eurobank branch.
- In the email we send you to welcome you to the Eurobank My Advantage Banking world of benefits.
- Print and stick the label with the shipping details on your parcel. If you don’t print it, you can write the details on the parcel using a pen.
- Place the parcel in a BOX NOW locker at any location that’s convenient for you. You will need the PIN you received though SMS, Viber or email when you paid.

- The code is only available electronically, is not issued under a name and can be used exclusively for sending parcels and paying through boxnow.gr.
- The code must be entered by the client in the “Promo Code” field so that the discount amount (in euros) may be calculated and subtracted from the payment amount in the payment summary.
- Clients can use the discount code as often as they like to shop, for as long as the benefit is available.
- The code cannot be combined with other codes from different promotional activities.
- The code cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- The code can be used exclusively to pay for sending parcels, as detailed on boxnow.gr. It applies to the prices as they appear on boxnow.gr, which BOX NOW can amend depending on the season, availability and other offers.
- If the code is used and then the order is cancelled, either in part or in whole, the value of the code is not returned.
