Get 25% discount if you carry out transactions exclusively online (through e-Banking and/or the Eurobank Mobile App), at ATMs and Automated Payment Systems (APS) or through EuroPhone Banking.
25% discount with salary or pension at Eurobank
If you receive your salary or pension at Eurobank, your get 25% discount on the package fee.
This way you enjoy all the benefits the package has to offer at an up to 50% discount.
The discounts apply for the primary account holder of the account linked to the package and their relationship with Eurobank.

To deactivate the Eurobank My Silver Advantage package through your e-Banking or the Eurobank Mobile App, go to:
Account Settings > Deactivate transaction package
If you need help activating the programme or changing the package through e-Banking or the Eurobank Mobile App, call on +302109555455, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00.
Payment is made automatically on the first working day of each month for the package services of the previous month.
If the available balance in your account is not enough to cover the payment, your package is temporarily deactivated and your transactions are carried out based on the Banking Transactions Price List.
Once there is sufficient balance in your account, the package fee is paid off and the package is reactivated automatically.
Each account linked to Eurobank My Silver Advantage is charged separately.

These accounts allow you to make payments, transfer cash and shop.
The Savings, Saving Now and loan repayment accounts cannot be linked to a Eurobank My Advantage Banking package.
You get up to 50% discount on the package:
- 25% discount if you carry out transactions exclusively online (through e-Banking and/or the Eurobank Mobile App), at ATMs and Automated Payment Systems (APS) or through EuroPhone Banking.
- 25% discount if you receive your salary or pension at Eurobank.
The discounts apply for the primary account holder of the account linked to the package and their relationship with Eurobank.
It is the amount that arises if you subtract the monthly cost of the package from the sum of the fees for each individual transaction included in the package, as per the Eurobank Banking Transactions Price List.
For example, say that you carry out all the transactions included in Eurobank My Silver Advantage each month, without having activated the package.
The amount you pay each month for all the transactions you carry out is €9.
However, if you hold the Eurobank My Silver Advantage package and carry out all the transactions included in it, you only pay €2, which is the monthly cost of the package. So you save €7.

Your benefits are part of the Eurobank My Advantage Banking package you choose. You get them automatically as soon as you activate the package and you can use them right away.

However, the discounts apply for the primary account holder of the account linked to the package and their relationship with Eurobank.
Yes. The transactions included in the package are linked to the account, so all the account holders can use them.
The number of transactions per package applies for all account holders and does not increase according to how many joint account holders there are.
No. The free 5-year Debit Mastercard or Personal Banking Debit Visa renewal applies solely to the primary account holder.
For all other account holders, the debit card renewal costs €6.
On the first working day of each month, each account linked to the package is charged automatically. This fee relates to the previous month.

Your package is temporarily suspended and your transactions are charged as per the Banking Transactions Price List.
You continue to owe your package fee for as long as the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay them off.

What if I don’t use up all the transactions I am entitled to within the month? Are they transferred to the next month?
No, the transactions are not transferred to the next month.
The number of transactions you are entitled to from your package are renewed every month.
Yes. You may unlink your account from the Eurobank My Silver Advantage package.
On your e-Banking or the Eurobank Mobile App go to Profile > Settings > Account Settings > Deactivate transaction package
If you already bank with us and have been automatically included in the basic Eurobank My Blue Advantage package, then as soon as you deactivate the Eurobank My Silver Advantage package, you revert back to Eurobank My Blue Advantage.
