Strong customer authentication for online transactions
When carrying out transactions online with your debit card, you are authenticated with strong customer authentication:
- Through the Eurobank Mobile App.
- With the One-Time Password (OTP) you receive by SMS on the mobile you registered to Eurobank.
This ensures that the transactions are carried out by you, reducing the risk of fraud.
Control over your card
It is easy and secure to manage your debit card through your mobile or computer.
Through card settings, you can:
- View your card number, the expiry date and the card CVV.
- Choose to have your card reissued or cancelled.
Through Cards Control, you can:
- Temporarily freeze and unfreeze your card.
- Switch on/off the transactions you want to make using your card.
- Switch on/off the ATM cash withdrawal option.
- Change the daily cash withdrawal limit.

Your Hybrid Debit Mastercard is virtual and does not support plastic. This means that you will not receive it as an actual card.
Once the process is completed, you have access to its details and you can use it immediately. You do not need to activate it.
Through the Eurobank Mobile App and e-Banking you choose the Hybrid Debit Mastercard and then:
Card settings > Show card details
All the card details appear on this screen: card number, PIN, CVV and expiry date.
Yes, you can. However, to get your card issued as an actual card, you need to cancel the Hybrid Debit Mastercard you already hold.
Then, you can get the new Debit Mastercard online through the Eurobank Mobile App or e-Banking, over the phone, through EuroPhone Banking, or by visiting a Eurobank branch.

Yes. Choose the accounts you wish to link to your card through the Eurobank Mobile App or your e-Banking. Set one of them as your primary account for payments.
Your primary account:
- Is charged automatically when you withdraw cash from an ATM of another bank in Greece or an ATM displaying the Mastercard logo abroad.
- Appears first when you withdraw cash at any Eurobank ΑΤΜ.
- Is charged automatically when you shop using your debit card.
When you carry out any transaction at a Eurobank ATM, you have access to all your accounts that are linked to your card. You choose which one you want to charge.
