Sign up for e-Statements to receive copies of the activity on your accounts, cards, loans and investments through your e-Banking. This way you better protect your personal data and avoid having to keep hard copies of statements on file.
Through e-Statements you have access to copies of the activity on your products from your computer at any time.
Online monitoring
The e-Statements are pdf files. They are exact copies of the paper statements of your account, card, investment or loan you have been receiving by post.
You can monitor them through your e-Banking and store them on your computer. This way you can retrieve them at any time.
Email notification
You are notified by email every time a new e-Statement is issued; as long as you have registered your email in your e-Banking. Log in to e-Banking and choose:
e-Statements > Manage
Through the secure e-Banking environment, you are the only one who has access to your e-Statements. So there is no risk of data loss or interception, usually associated with statements sent by post.
Log in to your e-Banking and choose:
e-Statements from the top menu
Then choose the CATEGORY, PRODUCT and period (Current year or Time period) you want from the corresponding fields. Click on SEARCH.
Choose the date you are interested in. View the copy, store it or print it.
Log in to your e-Banking and choose:
e-Statements > Manage
For each product:
- Choose NO to stop receiving paper statements.
- Fill in your email in the EMAIL ADDRESS field so we can notify you every time a new e-Statement is issued.
Click on CONTINUE and CONFIRM.
You can switch back to receiving paper statements, provided this is available for the products you are interested in.
Log in to your e-Banking and choose:
e-Statements > Manage
For each product:
- Choose YES to start receiving paper statements.
- Fill in your postal address where you wish to receive the paper statements.
Click on CONTINUE and CONFIRM.
Yes. If you are the legal representative of your company, you can view the e-Statements and stop receiving paper copies.
Otherwise, to stop receiving paper statements, or to register or change the email for notifications, you must submit a special document from your company’s legal representative.
