Upon completion of a successful career of 12 years with the Eurobank EFG Group, Mr. Haralambos Kyrkos, General Manager - Risk Management, has expressed his intention to leave the Group. Mr. H. Kyrkos has held important posts within the Group in various areas and has effectively contributed to the expansion of the Group’s activities in Greece and abroad. Whilst Risk Management has constituted his main area of activity, he has also been a member of the BoD, Chairman of the Bank’s Risk Committee, Chairman of Eurobank Properties BoD, as well as Chairman or member of the BoD of other subsidiaries of the Group.
Mr. H. Kyrkos has agreed to remain as an Advisor to the Management of the Bank from 25.10.2007 until 31.12.2007, date of his departure from the Group. At the same time, he will maintain his duties as Chairman of Eurobank Properties BoD until that date.
