EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. («EUROBANK») announces that the Hellenic Competition Commission decided to proceed with the phase II (under article 8 § 4 of L.3959/2011) for the notified concentration, that is the merger between EUROBANK and ALPHA BANK S.A., for the following individual markets: (i) credit cards issuing and acquiring services, (ii) factoring, and (iii) mutual funds development/management. The merging banks will cooperate with the Hellenic Competition Commission, as required by the law, for the rapid issue of the approving decision.
