The Products and Services Committee is responsible for the design and oversight of the governance framework for the products and services offered to Eurobank’s customers in Greece through physical and alternative distribution channels, in line with supervisory and regulatory requirements. The Committee operates at Executive Management level, with representation from a member of the Board of Directors, while as of 2026 the authority for approving the Group Products & Services Governance Policy has been assigned to the Board of Directors. The objective of the Policy is to establish a unified and coherent governance framework at Group level, covering all stages of the lifecycle of products and services.
Role & responsibilities
The Products and Services Committee has established a governance framework for the products and services falling within its remit throughout their lifecycle, under which financial and non financial risks are assessed, while their financial performance is also taken into account. The Committee conducts periodic reviews of all products and services in order to determine their continuation, modification, or discontinuation.
Appointment and office term
The Eurobank CEO appoints the members of the Products and Services Committee members.
