Athens International Airport

Joint arrangement and coverage for part of the borrowing in the form of bond loans for the purposes of refinancing outstanding loans granted to finance the consideration for the extension of the airport’s operating period; financing additional capital expenditure; and financing general corporate purposes and working capital.

DIMAND SA – Kaizen Campus and PwC Campus, Marousi

Arrangement and financing of the 2 bioclimatic office complexes developed by the DIMAND Group in Marousi, to house Kaizen Gaming (14,310 sq.m.) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (22,550 sq.m.). The purpose is to partially finance the land purchase and construction costs for high specification green buildings with a low energy footprint.

Fraport Greece – Concession of 14 Regional Airports of Greece

Refinancing of original borrowing for the acquisition and upgrade of 14 regional airports.

The Ellinikon by Lamda Development

Issuance of a letter of guarantee for the timely payment to the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) of the deferred consideration for the acquisition of the Hellinikon SA shares. Participation in the financing for The Ellinikon development, including projects such as: marina, parks, sports centre, residences, school for people with disabilities, waste management infrastructure, mall, etc.

Olympia Odos – Elefsina, Korinthos, Patras, Pyrgos Motorway

Joint arrangement and 33.3% coverage of a bond loan to refinance outstanding company loans and finance part of the construction costs for the Patras-Pyrgos section of the motorway.

Nea Odos Motorways i) section of A1 Motorway (Metamorfosi, Attica – Skarfia, Fthiotida) ii) Ionia Odos (Antirrio – Ioannina) & iii) A1 connecting branch (Schmimatari – Chalkida)

Equal joint arrangement with 3 other foreign financial institutions (Arrangers) and coverage of part of the bond loan to finance the construction of Ionia Odos and the upgrade of a section of the A1 Motorway.
