Participation in the financing for The Ellinikon development, including projects such as: marina, parks, sports centre, residences, school for people with disabilities, waste management infrastructure, mall, etc.
Joint arrangement and 33.3% coverage of a bond loan to refinance outstanding company loans and finance part of the construction costs for the Patras-Pyrgos section of the motorway.
Equal joint arrangement with 3 other foreign financial institutions (Arrangers) and coverage of part of the bond loan to finance the construction of Ionia Odos and the upgrade of a section of the A1 Motorway.
