Eurobank Ergasias S.A. hereby announces that its Board of Directors has approved the sale of the real estate property, on which today “King George Hotel” operates, to Lampsa Hellenic Hotels S.A., for a total consideration of €43,000,000. The collection of all necessary documentation required for the execution of the relevant sale contract is currently in progress.
