EFG Eurobank Ergasias was ranked as the best bank of Greece in the sector of Private Banking by the internationally acclaimed magazine, Euromoney, which conducted its second annual international survey to this purpose.

The awarding took place in London with the participation of representatives from banking industry from all over the world. Eurobank was represented by the Deputy Chief Executive Officer Mr. Nikolaos Karamouzis, and by the Head of Private Banking Division Mr. Efthimios Bouloutas.
EFG Eurobank’s Private Banking was ranked first, not only among Greek banks but also among foreign banks which directly or indirectly are active in Greece through fund management, for the quality of its services provided to thousands of clients who have entrusted the bank with funds over 4.5 billion euros.
Euromoney’s survey is based on stringent criteria, using the method of Peer’s Group Poll, for the selection of the best providers of Private Banking services in various categories. It is considered as a guide to the market and also as a criterion for choosing private banking services by many large clients.
EFG Eurobank’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer Mr. Nikolaos Karamouzis, stressed that this award reflects the successful strategy Eurobank has developed for the provision of high quality products and services, whereas the Deputy General Manager and Head of the bank’s Private Banking Division Mr. Efthimios Bouloutas, pointed out that the ranking in the first place confirms once more the confidence reposed in the bank by clients of high financial standing and demonstrates the effective servicing of investors with integrated provision of products and services.
