Eurobank hailed as “Best Consumer Internet Bank” by Global Finance
10 years of e-Banking, 10 years of awards
For the 6th year, the prestigious American magazine Global Finance declared Eurobank EFG the “Best Consumer Internet Bank” in the Greek market for 2010.
This new international distinction coincides with the completion of 10 years of successful operation of Eurobank’s Electronic Banking. Following a course of continuous development, the Bank's e-Banking today offers a full banking experience with a variety of services, innovative mechanisms to safeguard transactions and interactive 24-hour service.
Since its inception, the e-Banking service was gradually complemented by a series of new advanced on-line services such as m-Banking, e-Statements and alerts through text messages, which significantly contribute to Eurobank's optimal customer service.
In these 10 years, Eurobank's e-Banking has received many awards, from both domestic and international organizations. The biggest reward, however, comes from the users of the e-Banking service, 94% of which were satisfied by the service and only 1% dissatisfied*!
