Coordinator, Joint Lead Arranger and Underwriter in 7 syndicated bond loans issued by an equal number of Group companies, i.e. Sani SA, Ikos Dassia SA, Ikos Oceania SA, Ikos Olivia SA, Ikos Aria SA, Ikos Odisia SA and Ikos Kissamos SA. Coverage of 45.7% of all 7 bond loans for the purpose of financing the outstanding loans of the companies, financing general corporate needs, implementing investment plans to upgrade existing facilities and supporting the Group’s expansion into new locations in Greece.
H.I.G. Capital, LLC for Ella Resorts hotel platform
Coordinator, Joint Lead Arranger and Bondholder holding a 52% stake in a common bond loan, for the purpose of refinancing the company’s outstanding loans and financing the implementation of investment plans for the complete overhaul and modernisation of 2 first-class hotel units on Rhodes, to upgrade the existing facilities and services offered.

Financing the construction of a sustainable ultra luxury urban resort, with restaurants and wellness facilities.
