Issuance of a new Syndicated Bond Loan by DEPA Infrastructure SA. Structuring the transaction and managing the loan. The financing facilitates the construction of natural gas networks throughout Greece by EDA (Attica and Thessaloniki) and DEDA (rest of Greece), ensuring gas supply across the country.

Crete-Attica electrical interconnection – IPTO

Financing of Ariadne Interconnection Special Purpose SA, an IPTO subsidiary, to design and implement the Crete-Attica electrical interconnection. The project is expected to lower the cost of energy production and electricity charges for consumers throughout Greece by €400 million, reduce pollutant emissions for Crete by 60% and definitively resolve the question of energy security on Crete.
