Priority service at our branches
You get priority service without needing to inform us when you enter the branch. Simply use your debit or credit card in the Nemo Q automated priority system, and get a ticket for faster customer service.
You can get a disability card through gov.gr (available only in Greek), provided your degree of disability is more than 50%.
Benefits and discounts just for you
With the disability card you privileges on Bank products and services. Specifically, we offer:
- 1.85% favourable interest rate in the Saving Now account, for amounts up to €5,000, for 1 year (the current interest rate is 0.15%).
- 0€ fee for the Eurobank My Blue Advantage benefit package. Every month you secure benefits on your transactions, while you enjoy rewards and discounts at partner companies. View all the benefits and discounts you get with Eurobank My Blue Advantage.
- Double €pistrofi euros forever with your shopping at SKLAVENITIS (both in-store and online), masoutis and My Market, as well as at participating EKO fuel stations, with your Eurobank debit or credit card linked to the €pistrofi loyalty programme. The offer at EKO merchants does not apply to heating oil purchases or to transactions exceeding €300 per transaction.
How to register your disability card at Eurobank
If you are already banking with us:
- Send your disability card by email to the branch of your choice, using the email account you have registered with us, to receive the benefits you are eligible for.
- Make an appointment at any Eurobank branch and bring your disability card.
If you are not banking with us:
Make an appointment at any Eurobank branch to start a banking relationship with Eurobank and to bring your disability card.
