Priority service at our branches
As of 01.01.2025 you automatically get priority service as soon as you enter the branch, without prior notification. You just need to have registered your digital disability card.
Simply use your debit or credit card in the Nemo Q automated priority system, and get a ticket for faster customer service.
You can get a digital disability card through gov.gr (available only in Greek), provided your degree of disability is more than 50%.
Benefits and discounts just for you
On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, from 1 to 7 December 2025, we are doubling the €πιστροφή programme rate from 2% to 4% for purchases at Sklavenitis (in-store and online), Masoutis, and My Market.
The offer is valid exclusively for those who have submitted their Digital Disability Card to us by 20 November 2025.

How to register your digital disability card in the Eurobank systems
If you are already banking with us:
- Send your digital disability card by email to the branch of your choice, using the email account you have registered with us, to receive the benefits you are eligible for.
- Make an appointment at any Eurobank branch and bring your digital disability card.
If you are not banking with us:
Make an appointment at any Eurobank branch to start a banking relationship with Eurobank and to bring your digital disability card.
