EFG Hellas PLC, a subsidiary of EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A, has launched a Euro 250 million 3-year floating rate note via lead manager Deutsche Bank. The coupon rate is 3-month Euribor+37.5 basis points.

EFG Hellas PLC, a subsidiary of EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A, has launched a Euro 250 million 3-year floating rate note via lead manager Deutsche Bank. The coupon rate is 3-month Euribor+37.5 basis points. The issue will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The closing date is 21 June 2001. The issue has been well received by international investors and has been oversubscribed.
It is worth noting that this the second issue under the EMTN (Euro Medium Term Note) Programme of EFG Hellas PLC that was established in October 1999 to facilitate debt financing from foreign institutional investors for EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. The debut issue under EMTN Programme was a Euro 150 million 3-year floating rate note issued in February 2000.
