Ιssuance of a senior fixed rate note through EFG Hellas( Cayman Islands) Limited.

Eurobank EFG announced today the issuance of a senior fixed rate note in CHF, through EFG Hellas(Cayman Islands) Limited, under its EMTN programme. The notes have a 4-year maturity and the issue size is 250 million Swiss Francs. The notes will be guaranteed by EFG Eurobank Ergasias and will be listed in the Swiss Stock Exchange.

The notes are offered to institutional investors and Private Banks in Switzerland following a non-deal roadshow organized in Geneva and Zurich.

The Lead Manager for this transaction is Unicredit Group (HVB).

The ratings of EFG Eurobank Ergasias are A2 by Moody’s, A- by Standard & Poor’s and A by Fitch. 

This issue comes under the EMTN programme which is used in order to cover part of the wholesale funding needs of the Bank.
