A special Christmas event was organized by EFG Eurobank Ergasias at the rehabilitation center of the Cerebral Palsy Society Greece, “Open Door”, marking the Bank’s recent donation to the above charity, as well as to “PNOE Friends of Children in Intensive Care”, in support of their cause.
Numerous members of the National Basketball Team attended the event, speaking and offering gifts to the children of the Foundation. It should be noted that EFG Eurobank Ergasias is the official sponsor of all National Basketball teams. Present at the event were the President of the Cerebral Palsy Society of Greece, Mrs. D. Ekonomou, the President of “PNOE Friends of the Children in Intensive Care”, Mr. J. Papadatos, and Mr. G. Alvertis, Chief Executive Officer of Eurobank Cards who represented the Bank. The event was also attended by the Hellenic Basketball Federation’s General Secretary, Mr. P. Kapagieroff, the coach of the Men’s National Basketball Team, Mr. J. Ioannidis and players F. Alvertis, L. Papadopoulos, T. Papaloukas, G. Kalantzis, amongst others.
