Greek banks ranking according to The Banker

The EFG Group ranks 118^th among the world’s leading banks in term of Tier 1 capital in this year’s list of with the Top 1000 World Banks compiled yearly by The Banker magazine, a 30-place jump over the 2009 listings.

According to the country listings, Eurobank EFG ranks 2^nd  in Greece with respect to total assets and 3^rd in terms of total Tier 1 capital.

Please note that as in other similar international reports, The Banker’s Top 1000 World Banks considers in its overall list the EFG Group, which includes both Eurobank EFG Group and EFG International.
