Our Quality Management System complies with ISO 9001. Through this System we implement our Quality Policy, ensure that our products are in line with contractual and regulatory requirements, and achieve measurable targets. This way, we make sure we meet the needs of all stakeholders.

Certified Management System

Through our Quality Management System, we ensure that the products and services we offer:

  • Meet their contractual requirements.
  • Comply with the legal and regulatory requirements in force.
  • Achieve the quality goals that we set. 
  • Address the needs of the stakeholders. 

At the same time, it helps us improve our internal procedures, systems and operations.

As of 2001, we have been certified to ISO 10002, the international standard on quality management, customer satisfaction and complaints handling.

Quality Policy

Our Quality Policy is part of our Quality Management System. It sets goals so we can improve the quality of the products and services we offer our clients. It also specifies the key quality principles we commit to. 

This way, we enhance the satisfaction and trust of our shareholders, clients and people, while building a solid foundation for sustainable development initiatives.

Through the Eurobank Quality Policy, we set measurable and objective goals, so as to:

We assess and re-evaluate our quality goals through the review process of our Quality Management System. Where necessary, we propose corrective actions to continuously improve the quality of the products and services we offer.
