To this end, we have created My Blue Advantage, as part of the My Advantage Banking transactions and benefits programme. From 13.03.2023 onwards, all your existing or future payment accounts in euros that you hold as the primary account holder for your individual banking needs (withdrawals, deposits, payments to organisations, transfers and purchases) will be automatically linked to My Blue Advantage. This does not apply to the following deposit accounts: Savings, Saving Now, Loan Repayment.
Cost savings on your transactions, use of banking services, as well as benefits and discounts at partner companies.
Cost savings on your transactions that come with the package
My Blue Advantage includes:
- An account offering payment services: Withdrawals, deposits, transfers to your own and other holders’ accounts, payments to organisations, online transfers, etc.
- 1 standing order per month for automatic bill payments to organisations.
- Money transfers up to €500 a day from the Eurobank Mobile App through IRIS Payments.
- A Debit Mastercard or Personal Banking Debit Visa card issued to individuals that can be linked to the Apple Pay, Google Pay™ and Garmin Pay digital wallets.
- Access to the €pistrofi loyalty programme: The debit card is linked to this unique loyalty programme, which does not give you points but actual cashback rewards at more than 8,500 partner retailers all over Greece. Redeem your €pistrofi euros accrued with your previous purchases and pay less or nothing at all.

To be identified as eligible for the benefits and receive the comprehensive K+ services, you simply need to present your Eurobank debit card at the time of the transaction at the Kotsovolos store.
The discounts do not apply in combination with other ongoing offers.

Special rates for air conditioner maintenance and a discount on Garden or Interior Experts services.
To get the special rate, you simply need to state that you are entitled to a discount and present your Eurobank debit card at the time of the transaction, exclusively at a Praktiker store.

Exclusive monthly plans at special rates.
To get the plan, fill out your mobile number in the dedicated page for the exclusive discount on vodafone.gr. You will then be identified over the phone.

To get the gift, call on 18128 and state:
- The first 6 digits of your Eurobank debit card

Once your account has been linked to My Blue Advantage, your monthly charges of just €0.60 will start on 03.04.2023.
Payments will be made automatically on the first working day of each month and will concern the package services provided during the previous month.
If your available balance is not enough to cover the fee, then your package will be temporarily suspended, and your transactions will be charged as per the Banking Transactions Price List.
However, once the fee has been paid, your package will be reactivated automatically.
My Blue Advantage free of charge
You can enjoy all the benefits offered by My Blue Advantage free of charge, as long as you:
- Start receiving your salary or pension through your Eurobank account.
- Are a Eurobank Personal Banking or Private Banking customer.
You continue to enjoy services to control your cards and finances in other banks in Greece and abroad.
- Cards Control: Manage your Eurobank debit, credit and prepaid cards effortlessly and safely from your computer or mobile phone.
- Account Aggregation: Manage accounts and credit cards you hold with other banks in Greece and abroad, using the Eurobank Mobile app or your e-Banking.
- Payment Initiation: Use your e-Banking to send money in Greece and abroad from your accounts with Alpha Bank, National Bank of Greece, Piraeus Bank, N26 and Revolut.
In case you do not want an account to be linked to My Blue Advantage, you have 2 options.
Change your account type
You have until 09.03.2023 to change your account type to a:
- Saving Now Account – Change it through your e-Banking, EuroPhone Banking or by visiting a Eurobank branch. This is a new type of account provided only for your saving needs, allowing you to withdraw, deposit or transfer from and to Eurobank accounts you hold as the sole holder or along with another holder. This account does not allow you to shop, make payments to organisations or transfer cash to other account holders.
- Loan Repayment Account – If you have taken out a loan with Eurobank and use your account for this purpose alone, change it through your e-Banking or by visiting a Eurobank branch.
If you do not have another payment account, you cannot hold a debit card that is linked to the €pistrofi loyalty programme, but you can get the new Eurobank Cash Card Cirrus to make ATM cash withdrawals and deposits. This card does not allow you to shop and is not linked to the €pistrofi loyalty programme.
Otherwise, you can link a Saving Now Account or a loan repayment account as a secondary account to your debit card that is linked to a payment account you hold.
To change your account type through your e-Banking go to:
My day-to-day banking > Choose account > Change account type
Alternatively, go to:
Profile > Settings > Account settings > Linked accounts > Change account type
Close your account
You have until 09.03.2023 to close your account using your e-Banking, over the phone through EuroPhone Banking or by visiting a Eurobank branch.
To close your account using your e-Banking or over the phone through EuroPhone Banking, you must hold at least one more account and not have any services linked, including cheques, standing orders, loan repayment accounts or time deposit accounts.
Deposit accounts and any payment accounts that are already linked to another transaction package.
Specifically, the Savings, Saving Now and loan repayment deposit accounts may not be linked to My Blue Advantage or any other My Advantage Banking package.
What is more, if a payment account you hold is already linked to a transaction package (e-transactions, My Silver Advantage, My Gold Advantage, My Platinum Advantage), then the account will remain linked to the same package.
If your account is no longer linked to that package in the future, it will be automatically linked to My Blue Advantage.

My Blue Advantage is not the only package in the new My Advantage Banking benefit programme. The programme includes 3 more packages:

They will be automatically linked to My Blue Advantage on 13.03.2023 and your 1st monthly charge will be on 03.04.2023.

These accounts allow you to make payments, transfer cash and shop.

No. My Advantage Banking includes packages solely for transactions you carry out as an individual.
To save money on your business transactions, you can activate Advanced for Business on your business’s sight account.
This will allow you to save money on your business transactions carried out online, over the phone or at ATMs.
On the first working day of each month, a fee of €0.60 is automatically charged to every account linked to My Blue Advantage. This fee concerns the previous month.

Your package is temporarily suspended and your transactions are charged as per the banking transaction price list.
You continue to owe your package fee for as long as the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay it off.

No. The account will remain linked to the same package.
