What discounts am I entitled to?

You get up to 50% off the My Silver Advantage and My Gold Advantage packages:

25% discount if you carry out transactions exclusively online (through e-Banking and/or the Eurobank Mobile App), at ATMs and Automated Payment Systems (APS) or through EuroPhone Banking.
25% discount if you receive your salary or pension at Eurobank.

The discounts can also be combined.

You get 50% off the My Platinum Advantage package if:

You are a Personal, Private or Corporate Banking client.

The discounts apply for the primary account holder of the account linked to the package and their relationship with Eurobank.

How can I activate My Advantage Banking?

You can activate the programme and link your account to the package that's best for you:

These accounts allow you to make payments and cash transfers.

Can I link more than one account to a package?

Yes, you can link as many accounts as you wish to any of the 3 packages that meets your needs for each of your accounts. You may only link accounts that allow you to make payments and cash transfers.

You pay a monthly fee for each account you have linked to a package.

If you are entitled to a discount, this applies to all the accounts you have linked to a package.

How do I pay my monthly fee?

On the first working day of each month, the monthly fee is charged automatically to the account you have linked to a package. This fee relates to the previous month.

What if my account balance is not enough to cover the fee for the package I activated?

The package is temporarily deactivated and you cannot use the transactions and services it offers. As a consequence, any transactions you make are charged based on the banking transaction price list.

However, once the fee is paid, your package is re-activated automatically.

What if I don’t carry out any transactions for a month? Do I still pay the fee?

Yes. The fee is charged automatically, whether you carry out transactions or not.

What if I don’t use up all the transactions I am entitled to within the month? Are they transferred to the next month?

No, the transactions are not transferred to the next month.

The number of transactions you are entitled to from your package are renewed every month.

Can I deactivate the package?

Yes, you can. You just need to disconnect your account from the package you have linked it to.

On your e-Banking page, go to Profile > Settings > Account Settings > Deactivate transaction package

Can I switch to another package before the end of the month?

Yes, you can. In this case, you will pay the fee for the more expensive of the two packages for that month.

Can the joint account holders use the package transactions?

Yes, they can. The transactions included in the package are linked to the account, so all the account holders have access to them.

The number of transactions per package applies for all account holders and does not increase according to how many joint account holders there are.

What if I am a joint account holder? Can I activate a package?

Yes, you can.

However, the discounts apply for the primary account holder of the account linked to the package and their relationship with Eurobank.

I have my own business. Can I activate a package for my business transactions?

No. My Advantage Banking includes packages solely for transactions you carry out as an individual.

To save money on your business transactions, you can activate Advanced for Business on your company’s sight account.

This way, you save money on transactions you carry out for your business online, over the phone or at ATMs.

To secure no annual fee for a credit card, how long do I need to have the package activated for?

You need to have My Gold Advantage or My Platinum Advantage activated for 12 consecutive months.

If during this time, you switch to My Silver Advantage or deactivate My Advantage Banking, you will be charged with the annual credit card fee.

How can I calculate the benefit I get from each package?

It is the sum of the charges based on the Eurobank transaction price list when the transactions of each package are carried out separately.

How can I get my benefits at the partner companies in the programme?

You get your benefits automatically when you activate a My Advantage Banking package.

Specifically for our partner ELPEDISON, you will also need an electronic code to redeem the benefits, which you will receive:

On your transaction receipt if you activate the package through e-Banking or the Eurobank Mobile App.
From one of our representatives if you activate the package at a Eurobank branch.
On the pop-up that appears on your e-Banking when you finish linking your account to one of the packages.
