We financially support WWF Hellas so it may continue its independent mission. Without you having to pay any extra, we donate:
- 0.07% of the value of your transactions.
- €3 every time a new WWF VISA is issued.

What we have accomplished so far

You may transfer any outstanding balance from credit cards issued by other banks to your WWF Visa.
You pay off the balance you transfer from other cards at a new lower rate of 6.90% plus the Law 128/1975 levy (0.60%).

No annual fee for 6 months
In the first 6 months there is no annual fee charged for your WWF Visa. As of the 7th month, the annual fee is €30.

- With the One-Time Password (OTP) you receive by SMS on the mobile you registered when signing up to e-Banking.
This ensures that the transactions are carried out by you, reducing the risk of fraud.
Cards Control
It is easy and secure to manage the settings of your credit card with Cards Control through your mobile or computer.
- Freeze/Unfreeze your card temporarily if you are not sure whether you have misplaced it, rather than cancelling it right away. The temporary freeze does not allow you to withdraw cash at ATMs or shop online or in-store.
- Switch on/off the purchase option for certain transactions using your card: purchases only in-store or online, purchases in Greece and/or abroad.
- Switch on/off the cash withdrawal option at ATMs.

Standing payment orders
Save time by setting up standing orders to pay for your landline and mobile phone bills, your subscription to pay TV, magazines, associations or clubs.
Your payment is made automatically on the due date of the bill. You do not have to fill in the payment details or issue another payment order.
Yes. Eurobank donates €3 to WWF Greece for each new card issued.

If you request a replacement card, you will receive it:
- By post, at the address you have specified or any other address you choose.
- At one of our branches.
If you’re not sure whether you’ve lost it, you can freeze it temporarily using Cards Control through the Eurobank Mobile App or your e-Banking, rather than cancelling it right away. This way no one can use it to withdraw cash at ATMs or shop online or in-store. You can unfreeze it at any time as soon as you find it.
During each tax year, only the instalments you’ve paid for during that year are counted.
For example, let’s say you buy an electronic device for €600 in 6 interest-free instalments in October. Only the amount for the first 3 instalments, i.e. €300, counts towards the tax deductions for that year. The next 3 instalments count towards the tax deductions for the next tax year.
