Baby and children’s items with 10% €pistrofi
Through Moving Family Forward, you get 10% €pistrofi at:
- Any shop or e-shop selling exclusively baby and/or children’s clothing and footwear.
- Department stores selling exclusively baby products.
As long as you shop using any Eurobank debit or credit card issued in your name that is linked to the €pistrofi loyalty programme.
For 1 year
From the time you activate the Moving Family Forward benefits, the 10% €pistrofi benefit is valid for 1 year.
At all businesses
You can use the 10% €pistrofi loyalty programme benefit at all businesses that sell baby and children’s items, whether they have joined the €pistrofi loyalty programme or not, to shop for your child.
If the business participates in the €pistrofi loyalty programme, then the 10% €pistrofi you are entitled to with Moving Family Forward is calculated on top of the €pistrofi rate the business usually offers.
Redeeming the €pistrofi euros
You can redeem the euros you earned from the 10% €pistrofi from Moving Family Forward when you shop at over 8,500 businesses that have joined the €pistrofi loyalty programme.
All you have to do is pay for your transactions with an active Eurobank debit or credit card linked to the €pistrofi card loyalty programme.

For amounts greater than €15,000, the interest rate for the Megalono Account is 0.30%.

Within the 1st month of opening the Megalono Account, we make a one-off deposit for your child’s very first savings:
- €50 – if it’s your 1st child.
- €100 – if it’s your 2nd child.

Your permanent place of residence
Today Moving Family Forward supports new families who reside permanently in the regional units of Evros, Lesvos, Chios, Samos, Rhodes, Kos, Kalymnos and Karpathos.
However, the initiative keeps evolving. Driven by the effort to support Greek families, it is expected to expand its actions to other regions of the country.
Your child’s age
You can get the Moving Family Forward benefits for every one of your children who is up to 12 months old.
If you have sole custody of the child
Only you (not both parents) can register your child’s social security number (AMKA) and get the Moving Family Forward benefits.
If you have joint custody of the child
Only one of the two parents can register your child’s social security number (AMKA) and get the Moving Family Forward benefits.
If only you exercise parental care
Only you (not both parents) can get the Moving Family Forward benefits.
To activate your benefits, you need to submit the relevant court decision at one of our branches.
If there is no Eurobank branch close to where you live
We cover your travel expenses to a branch close to you, provided you are located in an area covered by Moving Family Forward.
Specifically, we cover your expenses up to €50 for:
- Ferry or plane tickets one-way or return for one person – As long as you submit to us your trip tickets (in paper or electronic format).
- Car fuel – As long as you submit to us the receipt from the fuel station.
When you come to the branch, hand in to us your trip ticket or fuel receipt. Their issue date must be for the same or the previous day from the date of your visit to our branch.
If you have issued a return ticket, the return date must be within 3 days from the date of your visit to our branch.
The money is immediately deposited into your account, meaning before you leave the branch.

How do I activate my Moving Family Forward benefits?
Through the parent’s e-Banking, you activate the benefits you are entitled to with Moving Family Forward. You just need the child’s social security number (AMKA):
- Enter your Username and Password to log into your e-Banking.
- Go to:
PRODUCTS & SERVICES > Product List > Moving Family Forward > Activate the benefits - Fill in the AMKA of your child born after 01.04.2021, who is up to 12 months old. You need to read and accept the terms of Moving Family Forward.
- Check that all your and your child’s details are correct: FINISH
Once you have activated the Moving Family Forward benefits through your e-Banking, the 10% €pistrofi applies automatically:
- On all Eurobank cards issued in your name that are linked to the €pistrofi loyalty programme.
- For 1 year.
Once you have activated the Moving Family Forward benefits through your e-Banking, to open a Megalono Account with 1.20% interest for the first €15,000 and an additional €50-150 gift:

Make sure you bring with you the child’s birth certificate or the family status certificate.
We help you fill in your application for the Securing Prevention health insurance by Eurolife FFH. Once you sign it, you get free health insurance for 2 years.
2. Get free health insurance for 2 years
Your child’s outpatient care insurance is activated 4 days after your policy is issued (following contact with Eurolife FFH).
It is free for 2 years.
Once you have activated the Moving Family Forward benefits through your e-Banking, to apply for a mortgage loan with favourable rates:
1. Come to one of our branches
Within 1 year from activating your benefits you can apply for a mortgage loan to buy a main or first home with the Moving Family Forward benefits at any Eurobank branch, but not at associated branch networks.
To get served right away, make an appointment at the branch of your choice. Choose the task: Mortgage loan.
At the branch, tell us that you have activated the Moving Family Forward benefits.
2. Pre-approval
We explain the steps and list the necessary supporting documents to take out a loan to buy your main or first home.
We help you fill in the application for the mortgage loan with 1.00% discount off the fixed or variable rate.
We assess your application against your credit rating. We inform you of the pre-approved mortgage loan amount.
3. Carrying out a due diligence check
If you are securing your loan with a mortgage lien, we perform due diligence on the property used as collateral, free of charge.
After legal and technical due diligence are completed, we inform you on the process regarding the final approval of your loan.
4. Getting the final loan approval
After legal and technical due diligence are completed, we inform you on the process regarding the final approval of your loan.
If you secure your loan with cash (cash collateral), you don't pay any loan approval fees.
You need to enter into a purchase agreement and submit the document.
