Following the reduction of interest rates by the Bank of Greece, EFG Eurobank Ergasias is reducing, as of Friday, 15 September 2000, its interest rates on advances and loans, and deposits, as follows
Following the reduction of interest rates by the Bank of Greece, EFG Eurobank Ergasias is reducing, as of Friday, 15 September 2000, its interest rates on advances and loans, and deposits, as follows:
Business credit Base rate for Business Loans:
  • 10.50% (from 11.75%) Housing credit
    • Floating: 10.50% (from 11%)
    • New Bonus floating in drachmas: 9% (from 9.5%)
    Small-business credit
    • Basic rate for small-business working capital: 11.75% (from 12.50%)
    • Basic rate for small-business equipment: 10.75% (from 11.75%)
    • Basic rate for professionals' business premises (individuals): 9.50% (from 10.50%)
    • Basic rate for company business premises: 10.50% (from 11.50%)
    The rate on Savings deposits stands at 4.75%, from 5.50%.
    The Bank's other interest rates remain unchanged.
