COSMOTE and EFG Eurobank have announced a series of joint services for their clients. These services form part of a broad framework of co-operation between the two companies with the object of upgrading the services available to their clients.
As of today, COSMOKARTA holders who are also clients of EFG Eurobank will be able to obtain mobile phone time with a single call, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Phone time can be obtained by subscribers through Europhone Banking, by calling the number 1144. The call from the COSMOKARTA mobile phone is free of charge, and the client will buy extra time by debiting his account with the bank, completing the transaction with a 16-digit renewal code. Phone time may be purchased in units of 5,000 or 10,000 drachmas (plus 1,000 drachmas-worth of time free of charge).
The two companies have already issued a co-branded credit card entitled COSMOTE - EUROBANK VISA.
