Mr. Victor Pisante, former General Manager of EFG Eurobank Ergasias and Managing Director of EFG Telesis Finance, has been appointed as Management Consultant at EFG Eurobank Ergasias. Mr. Pisante will be responsible Strategic Issues management and Special Projects in Investment Banking activities for the Group.

Mr. Konstantinos Vousvounis will assume the Managing Director role at EFG Telesis Finance effective as of the 3rd of May 2004. Mr. Vousvounis has been working for Bank of America in Athens and London since 1989. Since September 2002 he was Managing Director, responsible for Central and East Europe, Greece, Middle East and Africa. He has also worked for National Westminster Bank and Continental Bank in Athens.
He holds a bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Athens School of Law and a master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Manchester Business School.
