EFG Eurobank Ergasias has informed Stock Exchange Authorities that on December 19th it reached an agreement with the «American Life Insurance Company (ALICO)» to acquire from the latter its 50% stake in the Cypriot company «ALICO/CEH Balkan Holdings Ltd» («ACBH»), owner of 91.71% of the shares of «Βulgarian Post Bank AD».
EFG Eurobank Ergasias has informed Stock Exchange Authorities that on December 19th it reached an agreement with the «American Life Insurance Company (ALICO)» to acquire from the latter its 50% stake in the Cypriot company «ALICO/CEH Balkan Holdings Ltd» («ACBH»), owner of 91.71% of the shares of «Βulgarian Post Bank AD». Given that EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. already holds 50% of ACBH, through this acquisition the Bank takes full control of ACBH. Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by all appropriate regulatory authorities.
