Eurobank EFG today announces that it is launching “Epistrofi App” as part of the Eurobank cards reward programme “Epistrofi”. This is the first Smartphone ‘refund’ application in Greece which supports credit and debit card reward programmes.
The new application has a dual purpose:
* to contribute towards the increase of retail turnover and transaction volume in support of small and medium sized Greek retailers, by providing incentives to customers and
* to maximise the benefits of Eurobank customers, by providing easy and immediate access to the offers by retailers associated with the “Epistrofi” programme.
The new application was developed using the latest technology available and will improve the service experience of Eurobank customers, by providing access to the continuously expanding benefits of the “Epistrofi” programme, over their mobile phone, on a 24/7 basis.
The “Epistrofi App” can be installed on Smartphones with iOS (iPhone) or Android (Samsung, Sony Ericsson, LG) software. The customer can search and immediately access all information related to the “Epistrofi” programme, including its special offers. For example a customer can check his / her balance of redeemable Euros; learn about the 4,000 partner companies of the Programme; look up at the nearest stores in the Programme, as well as review exclusive on-line offers.
The application is freely available at the App Store and on the Android Market and can be found by keying-in the word “Epistrofi” in Greek or Roman characters.
