EFG Eurobank Ergasias Leasing S.A., subsidiary of EFG Eurobank Ergasias closed its first securitization of Leasing Receivables for an amount of €840,000,000. The securities were issued by Andromeda Leasing I PLC, a public limited company in the United Kingdom.
The Aa2 securities were rated by the rating agency Moody’s.
The transaction was arranged by Deutsche Bank AG.
