The Products & Services Committee is responsible for creating and supervising the governance framework for the products and services offered to Eurobank’s clients in Greece through the physical and alternative channels, in accordance with the supervisory and regulatory requirements.
Role & responsibilities
The Products & Services Committee has established a governance framework for the products and services, under its responsibilities, throughout their lifecycle, according to which the financial and non-financial risks are assessed, taking also into account their financial performance. The Products and Services Committee implements a periodic review of all products and services to determine their continuation, modification or discontinuation.
Appointment and office term
The Eurobank CEO appoints the Products & Services Committee members.
