How can I gain access?

e-Banking Login Details

In order to gain access to the e-Banking service, it is required* that you be a holder of any Eurobank card (ATM card, credit card, etc.) since the 16-digit number printed on the card constitutes one of the two elements that will be used by the service to identify you. Upon logging in for the first time you will be asked to state the Username of your choice, which will be used as of that moment to log into the e-Banking service.

The second identification element is the password, which is unique for every user of the service. The combination of the card number and password provides access to e-Banking information services (information, balances and activity of accounts, cards, loans, financial updates, etc.) and allows you to carry out transactions, whether you yourself are the beneficiary of the account to which money is transferred or whether the transfer relates to the payment of debts (e.g. electricity bills, loan payments, etc.).

As regards transactions in which the recipient is unknown, which entail a certain degree of risk (e.g. transfers to third parties, remittances), the Bank does not simply settle for this degree of user identification, but requires an additional safety net, namely digital certification. The digital certificate is a means that allows its holder to digitally sign all electronic transactions made via e-Banking. A certificate password is required in order to issue a personal digital certificate.

All you need to do to obtain a password and certificate for the e-Banking service is to submit to the Bank the relevant “Application and Terms for Carrying Out Transactions through Electronic Networks”.

*In the event that you do not have a Eurobank card, you can log into the service with your Eurobank client code, which will be disclosed to you if you call +30 210-9555000 or ask at any Bank branch.

Register for the e-Banking service in whatever way is more convenient for you.

  • Visit any Eurobank branch: You can fill in the “Application and Terms for Carrying Out Transactions through Electronic Networks” at all Eurobank branches, and directly receive and activate your e-Banking passwords. • Issue your passwords online: You can issue your e-Banking passwords at www.eurobank.gr with a simple click. The issued passwords will be unique, but not personal.
