By using Eurobank’s General Meetings Electronic Support (e-General Meeting), you are able to appoint/revoke a Proxy for your participation in a Bank’s General Meeting, easily and quickly, from the monitor of your computer.
In order to gain access, you need to:
- Be a shareholder of the Bank
- Fill out the relevant access application in accordance with the relevant instructions
Your details that are stated in the access application shall be registered in a confidential database, in order for the web-site administrator to grant you access to the system, upon prior verification of your identity as shareholder of the Bank.
Then, the system shall notify you via the e-mail address stated in the access application regarding your user activation status in the system you must first enter as user-name, your investor share code and set a password of your choice, through which you will have access to the General Meetings Electronic Support, for every General Meeting of the Bank.
