History
The Bank was established in December 1990 under the name of ‘’Euromerchant Bank S.A.’’, offering mainly investment and private banking services. The Bank changed its strategic focus in the mid-1990s, in view of the deregulation of the Greek retail banking sector. Since then, Eurobank has followed a successful course based on dynamic organic growth and has engaged in a series of mergers and acquisitions.
