1. How to join the Life & Health program
Learn more about the program, choose the medical group that best suits your needs and ask us to connect your savings, current or salary account to Life & Health. Your account will be connected with a standing order so as to pay off the annual €100 fee.
If you do not already have a Eurobank account, just visit one of our branches and open a savings or current account.
 
2. Life & Health for all your family
You can provide the same privileges to your whole family by paying the annual €100 fee for each family member you wish to cover, provided they are co-beneficiaries to your bank account..
